Our new Pacific Caps are unique and revolutionary. They’re made to make a difference to our planet.

Each cap is made using exactly three recycled ocean plastic bottles with our partners Waste2Wear, equating to 56,000+ bottles being saved from our oceans.

Unique technology allows the owner to scan a QR code in the cap and track exactly where these plastics have been collected from. On top of this you can check out its unique production process and environmental footprint, to see the difference you are making to the world.

PROCESS

OCEAN COLLECTED PLASTIC BOTTLES

The gathered bottles taken from the ocean are shipped to the recycling plant. Then washed to remove the labels, and then dried.

MILLED INTO USABLE PELLETS

Clean bottles are shredded and washed before the flakes are moulded into small pellets.

CONVERTED INTO SUSTAINABLE FABRICS

The pellets are melted and moulded before being extruded into yarns. These yarns are then treated and turned into fabric.

BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY

A QR code in the cap allows its owner to track the entire process and its environmental impact.

PRODUCT

JOURNEY

The plastic is taken from the Pacific Ocean, just off the coast of China, before then being converted into yarn on land. For more detail on the cap’s journey you can click here to download its Environmental Impact Report.
